AI Trainer — Generative AI & Agentic AI
Teach working developers to build LLM, RAG and agent systems, in our Himayat Nagar classroom.
About the role
This is our most technical program and the one students pay the most for. You will run a month-long cohort of professionals who already write code, teaching them to build and ship retrieval and agent systems, and supervising the Saturday lab where their capstone project actually gets finished.
What you will do
- Deliver evening sessions, Monday to Friday, two hours each
- Run the Saturday project lab and unblock students building their capstone
- Review code and give feedback that is specific enough to act on
- Keep the curriculum current — this field moves faster than any syllabus
What we are looking for
- You have shipped something real with LLMs — RAG, agents, tool use, evaluation
- You can read someone else's code and explain what is wrong with it kindly
- You can hold a room of experienced engineers who will ask hard questions
- You are available on weekday evenings and Saturdays for the length of a cohort
Nice to have
- Production MLOps experience
- You have taught, mentored or led a team before
