Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you enquire with Eminence AI Academy, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form on this website we collect your name, phone number, email address, the city you are in, the program you are interested in, and anything else you choose to tell us. We also record which page the form was submitted from, so we know what you were reading when you enquired.

Why we collect it

• To contact you about the program you enquired about — by phone, email or WhatsApp.
• To advise you on which program fits, and to answer your questions about fees and batches.
• To enrol you and administer your course if you decide to join.
• Where you have ticked the consent box, to send you course updates, new batch dates and educational material. You can stop this at any time.

Your consent, and withdrawing it

We only send marketing material to people who have actively ticked the consent box on our forms. We do not treat a course enquiry as blanket permission to market to you forever.

To withdraw consent, reply STOP to any message, click unsubscribe in any email, or email hello@eminenceai.io asking us to stop. We will action it and confirm. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect our ability to contact you about a course you have actually enrolled in.

Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023

India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act gives you the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it erased, and to withdraw consent you previously gave. Email us and we will respond.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with other training institutes. Your enquiry is stored in our internal admissions system, which is operated for us by Euphoric AI as our technology provider, and is accessible only to our own counselling and admissions staff.

Our website is hosted by Vercel and our email is operated by Zoho. Both process data on our instructions as service providers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not convert are kept for up to 24 months so that we recognise you if you come back, then deleted. Records of enrolled students are kept for as long as we are required to keep academic records.

Cookies

This site uses only what is necessary to serve the pages and to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising cookies that identify you personally on this website. If we add advertising pixels in future, this policy will be updated before they go live.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use your data will be notified to anyone who has given us marketing consent.
