These terms apply when you enquire with, or enrol at, Eminence AI Academy. Enrolling means you accept them.

Enquiries and contact

When you submit an enquiry you are asking us to contact you about our programs. We will call, email or message you on the details you provide. How we handle that data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Fees and payment

Program fees are published in full on our website and are quoted in Indian Rupees. The fee is the same whether you attend the classroom batch in Hyderabad or the live online batch. The entire fee, including any agreed instalment balance, must be cleared before your batch begins.

Batches and scheduling

Batch dates, session timings and delivery mode are confirmed to you before you pay. We may adjust the order of curriculum modules to suit a batch. If we need to reschedule a session we will tell you in advance and the session will be delivered, not dropped.

We reserve the right to postpone a batch that does not reach minimum enrolment. If we do, you may move to the next batch or receive a full refund.

Attendance and recordings

Sessions are recorded and made available to enrolled students so that a missed session is not a missed topic. Recordings are for your personal learning only. Sharing, reselling or publishing our course material, recordings or assessments is not permitted.

Certification

We issue a certificate of completion to students who complete the program and submit the required project work. A certificate records completion. It is not a guarantee of employment, and we do not present it as one.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee placement, a job offer, or any particular salary. We provide training, project work, portfolio guidance and interview preparation. Outcomes depend on your own effort and on the job market. Any salary figures published on this site are market data from named third-party sources, not offers or projections for our students.

Fees, refunds and transfers

Course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Where fees are paid in instalments, the entire balance is due before the first session of your batch. You may request to move to another batch of the same program, subject to availability and occupancy, with the decision resting solely with Eminence AI Academy.

Conduct

We expect respectful conduct towards trainers and other students, in the classroom and in online sessions. We may remove a student for harassment or persistent disruption, without refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
