Course Advisor
Talk to people deciding whether to spend a month and real money on retraining. Tell them the truth.
About the role
This is not a script-reading role. Someone calls having read three competitor websites, and your job is to work out which of our programs fits them — including telling them when none of them does. We would rather lose a sale than enrol someone into the wrong program and have them drop out in week two.
What you will do
- Respond to enquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp, quickly
- Understand what a person is actually trying to achieve before recommending anything
- Explain programs, fees and batch schedules accurately and without pressure
- Keep every conversation recorded properly in our admissions system
What we are looking for
- You listen more than you talk
- Comfortable on the phone all day, in English, Hindi and ideally Telugu
- Organised enough that nobody who enquires is ever left waiting
- Honest when the answer is 'this is not right for you'
Nice to have
- Experience in education, edtech or consultative sales
