Student Operations Executive
Make sure every batch starts on time, every student has access, and nothing falls through.
About the role
Cohorts run in tight monthly cycles, which only works if the operational side is exact. Schedules, access, recordings, attendance, materials — if any of it slips, students notice immediately.
What you will do
- Schedule batches and coordinate trainers and classroom availability
- Onboard enrolled students and make sure they have everything on day one
- Publish recordings and materials promptly after each session
- Track attendance and flag students who are quietly falling behind
What we are looking for
- Genuinely organised — you keep lists and you finish them
- Calm when two things need doing at once
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and admin tools
